Femilia Couture

A high end couture line-featuring some of the most unique, feminine, and fun designs to recently have come out of Detroit. Femilia was founded by Fotoula Lambros and Emily Thornhill in January 2007. Since then, these designers have showcased their work in many different outlets, such as, detroit fashion week, detroit public libraby, the bankle, detroit opera house, the hotel st. regis, eastern michigan university convacation center, and most recently the Loving Touch of Ferndale. A cloudy eve on August 27, set the backdrop for the entrance to Femilia Couture's burlesque fashion event. The evening was full of all bad that is good, and much more, even alongside some of the best avant garde runway show Detroit has yet to see!!
